
KeNuM (Kenya Nurses and Midwives Platform)

Project Overview
The KeNuM platform was developed in close collaboration with the Nursing Council of Kenya to address systemic challenges in nurse and midwife professional development. This innovative solution brings essential regulatory services and educational resources directly to healthcare professionals' fingertips, regardless of their location.
Project Scope
Our implementation included: 1) Mobile and web applications for nurse access, 2) Continuing Professional Development (CPD) tracking system, 3) Licensure and accreditation management, 4) eCitizen payment integration, 5) Student-supervisor monitoring tools, and 6) Facility inspection modules. The platform was designed for nationwide rollout to all NCK-registered professionals.

- Onboarded 8,078 nurses and midwives across Kenya within first year
- Streamlined CPD tracking and certification processes
- Simplified licensure renewals through eCitizen integration
