Project Overview
EARS is a national digital platform supporting Kenya's Emergency Operations Center in detecting, analyzing, and responding to public health emergencies in real-time. It aggregates data from multiple sources to enable rapid alerts and coordinated response.
Project Scope
System includes: 1) Multi-source data ingestion (DHIS2, social media, news), 2) Mobile app for field reporting, 3) GIS mapping for intervention planning, 4) SMS alert integration, 5) Real-time dashboards for decision-making, 6) County-level vEOC enhancement.

- Enhanced disease surveillance and outbreak response
